I think we should send out a small set of themes: technological artifacts and readings, as a proposal as soon as possible.

Here's an arc of themes that Tim suggested last week, along with some readings.   I'll re-send his longer list so you can take a look and pick out one or two that might be interesting.   We could try to move from (1) to (3) all in one quarter, by stepping across some technologies.
